Dear Festival Attendees & Participants,
We hope this message finds you well. It is with deep regret and a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of the Lahontan Valley Music Festival (for now) which was scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 7th at the Churchill County Fairgrounds. This decision was not made lightly. This dream has always been to bring the community together through our love for music and we want to make it the experience you deserve. We feel that we are not where we need to be logistically or financially in this short window before the event. Our primary concern has always been the safety and enjoyment of our attendees, participants, and staff. After careful consideration, we have determined that proceeding with the festival would not be feasible at this time. We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, especially for those who have made travel arrangements, purchased tickets, or planned performances and activities. Please know that we are working diligently to address all concerns. We will be making immediate refunds for all tickets and vendor fees. We are committed to regrouping and ensuring that the future event will not only meet but exceed your expectations. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Keep an ear and eye out for our updates. We are considering dates in late May or early June of 2025 at the same location.
